Which leads us to our last word today: community. Community is the feeling of belonging to a group and supporting one another. These hobbies create little communities- sae, supportive spaces where people can share, learn, and enjoy being together. 

Alright, let's go back to our quiz. We asked: Which activity was found to bring greater lkife satifaction than paid work?

And the answer is... a) Arts and crafts. 

That's right. A survey of over 7,000 adults showed that creative hobbies can actually make people happier than their jobs. Let's recap today's six words.

Crafts: creative activities mae with your hands, like knitting or pottery. 

Nostaligia: a warm feeling when you remember something from the past. 

Respite: a short rest or relief from something  stressful. 

Purpose: the sense that what you do has meaning or value. 

Therapeutic: something that helps heal or relax your mind and body. 

Community: a group of people connected by shared activities or support. 

Six words that perfectly describe why Gen Z is embracing slow hobbies. 

So whether it's stitching, painting, or sharing a mean- you're not just passing time. You're finding meaning, building friendships, and maybe even giving your mental health a boost.
