But fruits can do the opposite. People who eat more fruit usually have a lighter, sweeter scent. 

Pineapple, berries, and oranges contain natural sugars that make the body's smell softer and more pleasant. It's one of the easiest ways to improve your natural scent- just eat more fruits. 

Fruits are sweet natural foods like apples, oranges, and berries. 

And they can help your body smell fresher. 

And then there's our surprise guest: garlic. you wouldn't expect garlic to improve someone's smell, right?

But in one study, women actually preferred the odor of men who had eaten garlic. The researchers think garlic contains healthy compounds that change sweat in a good way. 

Garlic is a strong- smelling spice used in many dishes. 

And surprisingly, it can make someone's natural scent more attractive.
