비구니들의 생활을 옆 볼 수 있어서 좋았다. 삶은 늘 수행의 과정이며 한 곳에 안주하고 안일하게 있기 보다 새로운 환경에서 화두를 잡고 사는 삶은 단지 수도자에게만 해당 되는 것이 아니라고 생각한다. 속세의 삶과 수도의 삶이 떨어져 있지 않고 생활 속에서 수행은 이루어 지는 것이라 생각한다. 그런 생활도를 실천하는 것이 생의 궁극적 목적이라고 생각한다.

영화를 봤는데 마치 한 편의 소설을 본 것 같은 느낌이 들었다. 어떻게 사는 것이 정말로 바르게 사는 것인가에 대한 생각을 하게 만든다. 물질은 사람이 운용해야 하는 방편이며 진정으로 사람은 영혼의 성장을 위해 살아야 한다는 가르침을 되새기게 된다. 일 속에서 보람을 찿고 사회를 위해 필요한 사람으로 산다는 것. 산다는 것의 의미를 생각하며 산다는 것. 이 삶이 결코 여기에서 끝나지 않을 것이라는 것.
